(Mom should be in the middle of her movement when you use the phone. Just go quick and you'll catch it at the right time). Down , then right and out. The RNG value is not super important here as it can fluctuate based on wrong movement. You're expecting ideally one dog to the southwest, but several other spawns can result in the same ending RNG if you follow the exact same actions.
